Can people from India join?

When using Kii Cloud to create a new app, it asks for the country and only US and Japan are listed. Does this mean that only people from US and Japan can join the challenge?

    Absolutely! The only countries / territories that are excluded are those listed under Rules. It may ask for the country and only US and Japan showed up because those were the only localized languages currently. Since it may sound confusing, I will make sure we clarify the sign up process for Kii Cloud. Thanks for your feedback.
